GoDEX DT4xW on Mac — Setup & Label Printing with JetLabel

Limited on Mac

The GoDEX DT4xW is a 203 dpi label printer from GoDEX that uses ZPL. On Mac, JetLabel prints through the macOS printing system, so the printer needs a working macOS driver. Driver support for the GoDEX DT4xW on macOS is limited; check it before you buy. On iPhone and iPad, JetLabel can send ZPL directly over the network (port 9100) if your model has Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

Printing from iPhone and iPad

JetLabel on iOS and iPadOS supports AirPrint and suitably configured network label printers using supported protocols. Check the printer and its network configuration before printing.

Each model page shows whether the printer works on Mac with its macOS driver and whether direct network printing from iPhone and iPad is possible. The ratings are based on manufacturer specifications. Brother QL and Bluetooth direct printing are not supported on iOS.

Does the GoDEX DT4xW work on macOS?

Possibly. JetLabel prints through the macOS printing system, so it depends on a working macOS driver, and driver support for the GoDEX DT4xW is limited. This assessment is based on the manufacturer’s specifications, not on a test by JetLabel. Try it with your printer during the 7-day trial.

And on iPhone and iPad?

On iPhone and iPad, JetLabel can send ZPL directly over the network (port 9100) if your model has Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
