Print quantity from a column
Use a table column to choose how many labels to print for each record with Pro.
On Mac, iPhone and iPad, Pro can take print quantities from a table column. This quantity mode replaces the fixed copy count, so each record can request a different number of labels.
Free supports up to three saved labels and 20 labels per job. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase; technical quantity and storage limits still apply.
What you can do.
Read the requested label quantity from the selected table column.
A row with an empty quantity or a quantity of zero is skipped.
Column quantities replace the fixed copy count; they are not an extra multiplier.
Step by step.
- 01 Connect the table and select its quantity column in Print.
- 02 Review the quantities and any skipped records.
- 03 Preview the job before sending it to the selected output.
Good to know.
Empty and zero quantities skip the row. Check your table quantities before printing.
No. Quantities from a table column require Pro.
