Now for Mac, iPhone and iPad
JetLabel 1.1.0 brings label design and printing to iPhone and iPad with iOS/iPadOS 17+, alongside the Mac app. Create labels with text, images, barcodes and QR codes. The iOS edition is being prepared for App Review; approval and availability are still pending.
Scan an item, then prepare its label
On iPhone and iPad, open a loaded table and choose Scan Items. Select the barcode column, scan with a supported camera or enter the code manually, then review the matching record. Scanning never starts a print job automatically.
Try the workflow with the built-in sample data for free. Adding or refreshing your own data sources requires Pro. For a Free test, print the current record; printing selected records or batches requires Pro.
Choose how to print
On iPhone and iPad, choose AirPrint or a suitably configured network label printer using a supported protocol. Brother QL and Bluetooth direct printing are not supported on iOS. On Mac, printing uses the macOS system printing pipeline.
More control in Free
- Fit text to its frame by automatically reducing the font size within the configured limits. Very long text can still trigger a warning.
- Remap missing column bindings together after a table changes. Sample data is free; your own data sources require Pro.
- Skip already used positions on the first label sheet in an individual print job. Only reinsert sheets that are suitable for your printer; batch printing requires Pro.
- Save output presets locally and explicitly apply them again for recurring materials and print settings.
- Correct physical print offsets with a measured reference label. This does not change previews or exported files. With AirPrint, use the same printer as when measuring.
New Pro printing workflows
- Take print quantities from a table column or print selected records. Empty or zero quantities skip the row; column quantities replace the fixed copy count.
- Continue serial numbers across jobs on the same device. Cancelled jobs can leave gaps; previews and exports do not consume numbers.
- Use local print history and reprint individual labels from saved output content. History can be disabled or deleted. Very large jobs may retain only metadata, and history does not confirm the physical print result.
Shortcuts, accessibility and languages
Use Shortcuts and Siri to open a label or export one label as PDF. These actions do not print directly or refresh remote sources. Serial-number output requires Pro. On iOS, PDF export can use the saved table snapshot; the Mac action has no table snapshot or record-number parameter.
Version 1.1.0 also improves controls, error messages, VoiceOver, contrast, keyboard navigation, backup and restore, and processing of larger tables and images. JetLabel is available in 40 app languages.
Start free, add Pro when you need it
Free allows up to three saved labels and 20 labels per job. Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription. No JetLabel account is required. Technical storage and quantity limits also apply to Pro.
